We do our best to make your time in the hospital as pleasant as possible. Should you have any grounds for complaints, however, please let us know. Sometimes your wishes cannot be dealt with in direct conversations with doctors, nurses or other members of our staff. In such cases, you have the option of contacting the central complaints management service. Suggestions, requests or criticisms are always welcome – in this way you help us to improve our service.
