Conference management:
As an in-house event service provider, the conference management section within the K II department handles the complete organisation of events on behalf of individual hospital departments:- Preparation and collaboration in drafting the programme, booking the room and providing support for speakers
- Participant acquisition and support
- Attracting sponsorship
- Applying for funding
- On-site event organisation
- Industry exhibition planning
- Organisation of supporting programme
- Complete financial management
- Applying for event certification through the Bavarian State Medical Association
The aim is to impart first-hand medical knowledge in a professional manner, targeting hospital employees as well as external participants from all areas of the healthcare sector.
The programme of events includes both one-day and multi-day events – from basic seminars and workshops with a practical component to symposia and congresses with an associated industry fair.
