*For a full refund participants may withdraw from registration up to 1 week before the start of the event. Receipt of the notice of withdrawal is decisive for compliance with the deadline. Notice of withdrawal must be made in writing or text form by letter, fax or email (kongresse@ukr.de). In case the deadline is missed, the participation fee cannot be refunded. However, the provision of a substitute participant is possible.
